Peachtree and Accpac

  • 4-step Implementation
  1. SSI technical consultant starts with data collection for the customer setup of the business solution.
  2. SSI installs the business solution to the customer and schedules a user training (number of days depends on the system being installed).
  3. SSI configures the business solution based on the customer data collected.
  4. SSI supports live run users in using the system.
  • Helpdesk (fax, phone, email and onsite visit) based on severity levels. Severity levels are divided into four categories, in which severity level 1 range from severe errors that halts business operations, down to severity level 4 which defines system-usage related errors.
  • Preventive maintenance carried out by providing systematic inspection, detection and prevention of incipient failure. This is usually programmed.
  • Training (Peachtree, Accpac, Crystal  Reports)
