- 4-step Implementation
- SSI technical consultant starts with data collection for the customer setup of the business solution.
- SSI installs the business solution to the customer and schedules a user training (number of days depends on the system being installed).
- SSI configures the business solution based on the customer data collected.
- SSI supports live run users in using the system.
- Helpdesk (fax, phone, email and onsite visit) based on severity levels. Severity levels are divided into four categories, in which severity level 1 range from severe errors that halts business operations, down to severity level 4 which defines system-usage related errors.
- Preventive maintenance carried out by providing systematic inspection, detection and prevention of incipient failure. This is usually programmed.
